  2. The academic community – seeking information that is often less specific, such as, “how do European politics work?” or, “what are the tasks of community institutions?” ;
  3. The European citizen – seeking information on a wide range of topics – specific and/or general – and answers for practical questions, such as, “what are a citizen’s rights in a certain Member State?” .
